Max Duncan Adds Depth To Innovative Fitness Training Bench

unnamed Professional Trainer Max Duncan has joined the team at Innovative Fitness

Meet Max Duncan, the latest addition to the Innovative Fitness team in South College Station. He has bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and in Human Performance & Fitness. He is a Certified Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. The last two years, he’s been in Iowa as a strength & conditioning coach at one of the quad cities’ top sport performance gyms. During that time, he worked with hundreds of athletes, from junior high all the way up to D1 level. Not only has he trained athletes, but he’s also worked with adults in group and individual settings. His favorite part of training is being able to see the improvement not only physically, but mentally with everyone he’s worked with. His philosophy is to practice what he preaches. “I’d never ask anyone to do something I am unable to do or haven’t done myself.”
