A lot of grilling, sautéing, baking and barbecuing will be going on this Friday, February 3rd as 137 local community and school leaders prepare for the 10th Annual 50 Men Who Can Cook hosted by the College Station ISD Education Foundation at the Brazos County Expo. Proceeds from sponsorships along with the sale of tickets, silent auction items, mystery grab bags and raffle tickets will fund innovative teaching grants, student scholarships and the district’s learning website Success 24/7.
Sixty-eight celebrity chef booths will be showcasing their culinary skills and serving up their special recipes including College Station Police Chief Scott McCollum, Brazos County District Attorney Jarvis Parsons, CSISD Superintendent Clark Ealy, new A&M Consolidated High School Football Coach Lee Fedora and former Eagle sports writer Larry Bowen.
