P.O.V. dropped off some goodies for our editorial staff and provided some info about the new business located adjacent to The Stella at Lake Walk Town Center. P.O.V. is more than a high-quality coffee house, serving specialty coffee from San Antonio’s Merit Roasting Co. It is also an artisan café with light fare, local brews, and wine. P.O.V. offers indoor and outdoor seating and boasts a stylish, modern setting designed by Austin-based firm Clayton & Little.

“We are excited to have P.O.V. as the first tenant of Lake Walk Town Center,” said Spencer Clements, Principal of the ATLAS and Traditions Development. “The café provides an inviting setting for guests to eat, drink, and socialize.”

Each morning, fresh pastries, kolaches and breakfast sandwiches will be available alongside P.O.V.’s coffee offerings, menu highlights include the Egg and Sausage Biscuit with Texas cheddar cheese; and Sesame Seed Bagel and Lox with a cream cheese schmear.

In the afternoons, guests can enjoy made-to-order salads and deli sandwiches to fuel their day’s adventures throughout Bryan-College Station. Menu highlights include the Piled High Roast Beef Sandwich with horseradish, red onion, blue cheese dressing on marble rye bread; and the Mixed Market Greens Salad with tomato, cucumber, radish, avocado, goat cheese and vinaigrette. In the evenings, guests can kick back and relax with wine by the glass, local craft brews, artisan cheese and charcuterie plates and house made desserts.

P.O.V. is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information, visit www.thestellahotel.com or call 979-421-4000.
