Head to Top Of The Hill in Benchley for one of the finest burgers probably in the history of Texas.
They take about 10 minutes each to arrive yet they are made with love obviously and they are almost exactly like what my Mom makes.
Fresh buns are toasted in butter, meat is flat grilled where the edges are carmelized, lettuce is fresh and shredded, cheese melted perfect (a Bobby Flay requirement), tomatoes are fresh vine ripened local grown and the jalapenos are in-house pickled.
All real food, fresh never frozen beef. Simply a kick ass burger! 10 Minutes from College Station.
