Crepes Made to Order at Sweet Eugene’s

Sweet Eugene’s has become the College Station office for Nixon and myself. As a result, we have had a chance to sample a good portion of the menu and have great things to report on everything we’ve tried.

Our first venture into the culinary side of one of our favorite coffee houses was with their Crepes, made fresh, in house right before your very eyes at their open concept Crepe Station. I’ve tried Crepe Fear and Alexander the Crepe. Crepe Fear comes stuffed with mesquite smoked turkey, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, tomatoes and spinach w/ a touch of ranch and Alexander features ham, shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes, spinach leaves and honey mustard.

The Monterrey Turkey Panini with mesquite turkey, tomatoes, bacon, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing on spicy hawiian bread and chips served on the side makes a tasty light lunch. As does the Chicken Caesar Wrap served warm with…
