Twin Liquors signs lease on new Jones Crossing location

College Station, Texas — Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC is excited to announce the early 2019 opening of Twin Liquors, a Texas-based family-owned and operated retailer of fine wines and premium spirits, at the Jones Crossing development located at 1800 Wellborn Road in College Station, TX.

Born and raised in downtown Austin, Texas in 1937, family-owned, Twin Liquors began as one small store and has emerged into a “homegrown,” successful company that has a unique and well-respected reputation throughout the United States for having impeccable team members, outstanding customer service, conveniently located stores, extensive selections of fine wines and premium spirits from around the world, and substantial community involvement.

The new Twin Liquors store will be one of the first retailers to open at the new mixed-use development by Stratus Properties of Austin and Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC. The entire project is expected to total approximately 258,000-square feet of commercial space including a 106,000-square foot H-E-B, approximately 50,000-square feet of village-style retail space, a 40,000-square foot secondary anchor, and 8 pad sites.
